Transport your palate to China for a flavour adventure with exciting wines to match at this unique Cuisine Discovery Dinner. Not only will you savour head chef Jake Pregnell’s (Rick Shores, Spice Temple) exquisite four-course neo-Chinese menu but you’ll also learn the regional Chinese traditions and inspirations behind each dish; from Guangdong to Shandong, Hunan to Yunnan and in between.
