Hosted at Surry Hill’s Casa Porteño, the private event space of the same Porteño Group that has offered Sydney exciting Latin American flavours across multiple venues and ventures since 2006, we will explore trendsetting wine varieties such as Cava, Verdelho, Touriga and vintage port wine, showcasing why they have come to define their regions alongside excellent Australian examples.
To complement such alluring expressions of the vine, the chefs at tapas institution Bodega - part of the Porteño Group - have created a one-off bespoke menu for the occasion that pays homage to the gastronomic delights of Portugal, each course paired with premium Portuguese and Australian wines.
