Explore rare vintage wines from Australia and around the world, matched with a superb four course menu from acclaimed chef Brent Savage (also of the two-hatted Monopole, Yellow and Cirrus), whose unique style luxuriously combines modern techniques with the fresh, diverse flavours of the best Australian produce.
