More and more we’re seeing Mataro bottled as a unique single varietal style.
In the glass: Deep red.
On the nose: Dark cherry, milk chocolate and savoury oak.
On the palate: Shows a deep mix of black and purple fruit, plush mouth-feel, red berry-like acidity and black olive persistence. Shows good harmony of fruit and spice and although dense, remains medium weight.
