Although the West is more well-known for its Cabernet, there is also plenty of great Shiraz produced, like this one from Ashbourne Estate.
Dark red in the glass. White pepper over raspberry, blueberry and cedar. A mid-weight Shiraz with a peppery mix red and dark fruit, savoury undertones, pot pourri, dried herb, earth and five spice and a bright finish.
