Central Victoria continues to excel at this blend of three varieties that hail from France’s Rhône Valley.
 
In the glass: Fine straw with excellent green highlights.
On the nose: Beautifully open aromas of white and yellow flower with honeycomb, yellow melon, orange oil and mandarin.
On the palate: Generous satiny harmony - beautifully long and textural with fine tannin dryness and citrus peel-like lift and length. Presents loads of textural umami making for an excellent food wine.
