The focus at Comyns and Co. is to create traditional styles of Hunter Semillon and Shiraz, whilst also venturing into emerging varieties and making them in their own style.
Bright, pale gold. Tropical lychee, pineapple and apricot. Soft, ripe and juicy with mouth-watering balance and a creamy texture. Flavours are Traminer-like showing Turkish Delight and pot pourri over citrus and pear fruit with a plush finish.
