While this luscious Hunter Valley Botrytis Semillon is stunning on its own, it’s also perfect with a Hunter Valley cheese selection or even a lemon sorbet.
 
In the glass: Pale lemon gold.
On the nose: An intensely fragrant nose of candied lemongrass, lemon sherbet and honeysuckle.
On the palate: Powerful lemon zest, pineapple and honey with the sweetness balanced really refreshingly by a lick of bright and sherbet-like acidity.
