Botanica is a lovely series from the team at First Creek. It’s a range that’s mainly kept to their cellar door, and is a bit of a secret gem for regulars to their winery.
In the glass: Bright and fresh straw green.
On the nose: Bold aromatics of nectarine and peach with hints of nougat and white honey.
On the palate: Lovely precision of fruit and acidity, elegant fig, melon and nectarine core depth with a bright, refreshing finish.
