Flowstone Cabernet Sauvignon Touriga 2013

Touriga is a main variety in Portuguese Vintage Port, so it’s quite unusual to see it blended with Margaret River Cabernet, but Stuart Pym is not your average winemaker and was obviously up to the challenge.
 
In the glass: Medium red black.
On the nose: Red and blackberry fruit with spicy accents of herb, bergamot and leather.
On the palate: Ripe and velvety with Cabernet’s black fruits harmonising with Touriga’s savouriness.
