Medium to full-bodied with blackcurrant, blackberry and mulberry, hints of fresh cedar, bakers spice and wood smoke, ripe and structural tannins and savoury oak, it proves why Cabernet is considered a particular speciality of this top shelf producer. Simply wonderful with cloth-aged cheddar.
