Earthy red. Stewed rhubarb, red fruits, white pepper and kitchen spice. Rich, ripe, fresh and very vibrant for its age with a lovely abundance of still-primary fruits showing as plum and prune, hints of soy, velvety mouthfeel and a long, plush finish.
