Gomersal Wines are based on the Western Ridge of the Barossa and tend to fly somewhat under the radar, however not for much longer if this delicious Riesling is anything to go by.
Bright pale yellow. Opens in the glass to reveal white pepper, citrus, florals and oyster shell notes. Fresh, tangy and bright green apple and grapefruit, beautiful minerality, mouth-watering acidity and a fine finish. Delicious now but will cellar well.
