One of WA's premier producers, Hay Shed Hill have a serious knack for producing high quality wine, with this Chardonnay being an absolute jewel in their crown.
Medium lemon-green in colour with aromas of stonefruit, ginger, cashew and Asian spice. The palate shows restrained peach, melon and toasty vanillin oak with seamless flavour length and nut and saline complexity. A quite delicate youthful wine.
