The grapes were crushed and pressed immediately after harvest. The juice was cold fermented for 14 days with select yeast before fermenting in French oak.
In the glass: Very pale straw.
On the nose: Lifted gooseberry, nettle, grapefruit and passionfruit.
On the palate: Lively with tropical fruit depth, subtle dried herb complexity, fresh acidity and savoury texture. Dry and crisp with a flinty finish.
