The fruit for this classic wine was sourced from one of Australia’s most remarkable alpine vineyards in Tumbarumba, NSW, sitting at the lofty altitude of 730 metres.
In the glass pale Pinot red. The nose earth, forest floor and game notes. The palate game, smoked meats, red fruit and stalky spice with cedar hints, Redskin lolly and mint, medium tannin depth and a dry finish.
