Kirrihill Clarevale Shiraz 2016

Every single wine from Kirrihill we saw in 2018 delighted us. They should be high on the list for anyone who loves Clare Valley wines.
 
In the glass: Deep dark red to black.
On the nose: Pot pourri, black olive, blackcurrant, earth and mocha.
On the palate: Plush and generous with a massive core of black fruit with hints of raspberry, black olive, cedar and black pepper. The tannins are deep and long yet it remains graceful with a touch of elegance through to the incredibly long finish. Unbelievable value!
