This Italian varietal is widely planted in the regions of Sardinia and Corsica, but seems well suited to the Barossa, especially in the expert hands of the team at Yalumba.
Bright mid yellow. Spicy yellow fruit lift. Intense citrus, ginger and white pepper notes in a clean and dry style with minerally acidity, persistent flavour length and a light salty tang to finish.
