In the glass: Bright mid gold.
On the nose: Ripe yellow fruits,brioche and grilled nuts.
On the palate: Rich, creamy, full-bodied and intense with ripe stonefruit, honeyed notes, bready complexity and fresh citrussy acidity. We can’t call this Champagne as it was produced in Burgundy not Champagne, nevertheless it’s a great opportunity to try a quality French sparkling.
