A well-made Shiraz that's softening beautifully, from one of Victoria's premier cool climate producers in the Pyrenees, in the state's central west.
Red to purple. Dried herb, dark cherry, raspberry, earth and cedar. Medium-bodied with fleshy red berry and plum fruit depth, soft and velvety tannins, supple acidity and a persistent finish.
