2017 was a fantastic year for Yarra Valley Chardonnay and the Hirsch Hill Estate wine is testament to this. Pale straw with green freshness in the glass it has a very delicate nectarine, citrus and cashew oak nose, and features a very savoury mix of white melon and white peach, crisp and savoury acidity, nutty complexity, and well-judged oak. Very savoury and long, this wine has a great life ahead.
