This wine is another superb creation from winemaking legend Tim Knappstein. It underwent 100% malolactic fermentation and was then aged in French oak barriques (25% new) for ten months prior to blending.
In the glass: Deep garnet.
On the nose: Strawberry, dark cherry and red plum with earthy development and kitchen spice.
On the palate: Ripe, juicy and full-bodied, showing developed red plum and strawberry, complex tannin structure, mouth-watering acidity and cedar oak support.
