Wynn is credited with several milestones in winemaking, such as creating the wine cask, planting the first contour vineyard in Australia (Modbury) and being the first person to plant Riesling in Coonawarra. Labelled “dangerously drinkable” by our Tasting Panel, the dark red with brick hue Shiraz features cedar, leather and oak aromas with deep and fleshy ripe curranty fruit, cedary oak, complex layers and lovely bottle development adding character.
