Without question, Swift are one of the premier Sparkling houses in the country and this Cuveé was voted the best Sparkling in the state at the 2018 NSW Wine Awards.
 
In the glass: Pale gold with a persistent bead.
On the nose: Ripe yellow fruit lift with yeast and sourdough notes.
On the palate: Rich stonefruit and citrus fruit depth with background confectionery notes and sherbety acidity. Supple and generous with light honeyed notes adding depth. A richer food style.
