Thompson Estate Four Chambers Chardonnay 2017

Paul Dixon trained under legendary WA winemaker Bob Cartwright, whose influence, combined with pristine viticultural practices and the balanced use of premium French oak, has created a top Chardonnay.
 
In the glass: Bright yellow straw.
On the nose: Ripe peach and guava perfume.
On the palate: Youthful, dense and strongly varietal, it shows rich stonefruit and toasty vanillin oak. Great ageing potential with the best yet to come.
