Jay Tulloch ventured out of the Hunter Valley to cool-climate regions of NSW to source and blend fruit for this spicy medium bodied Shiraz.
Deep red purple in the glass. Very fragrant lift of black pepper, violet, blueberry and plum. A medium bodied, elegant and spicy Shiraz with black and purple fruit depth, savoury black pepper and five spice, fine tannins and a long, lingering finish.
