Wignalls Wines was established in 1982 by founder Dr Bill Wignall, who discovered the growing conditions in spring and summer to be virtually identical to Burgundy in France.
Bright straw green in colour with aromas of gooseberry and lime with alpine fresh purity. Terrifically focused, satiny and long, with clear varietal signatures of gooseberry and lemon, and fine, minerally acidity.
