Semillon is the unsung white variety of Clare. This wine demonstrates how good it can be as an alternative to the more famous Rieslings from the area.

On the nose: Lime curd, grapefruit, cashew and toasty oak.
On the palate: Complex, with a wide array of flavours – lemon butter and cashew oak in harmony, smooth creamy texture with lively acidity and a long, lingering finish.
