An unique take on Semillon, very different to the Hunter style, with loads of delicious oak adding perfume and spice.
Mid yellow colour. Sweet vanillin oak over lime fruit. Palate flows on from the nose with sweet lemony fruit, strong vanillin oak, stonefruit and honeyed notes in a flavoursome frame with punchy lime juice-like acidity.
