The family behind Yarran chose Heathcote for this particular wine, as Shiraz has an affinity with the rich red soils of the area, making full-bodied and flavoursome wines with savoury notes of earthiness and spice.

On the nose: Violet, eucalypt, briar, plum, blackberry, pepper and spice.
On the palate: Classic cool climate Shiraz, loaded with spice complexity adding to the black fruit core. Tannins are deep, velvety and long through to the seductive finish.
