Will and Steve began their working life in London’s financial district, but in 2015 their careers took a turn towards food and now the ex-bankers are authors of an award-winning cookbook, executive chefs and restauranteurs! With their first venue under their belt, Butcher and the Farmer at the Tramsheds Sydney, they are growing their business launching three more restaurants across two continents including in their home-town of London.
