The fruit for this wine is sourced from the Malakov Vineyard in the Pyrenees. It is one of the state’s most celebrated growing sites, supplying fruit to select winemakers.
Deep garnet. Blackberry, cherry, black pepper, espresso and toasty oak. Medium-bodied and elegant, with a core of purple and red berry fruit, underlying kitchen spice and mocha notes, very fine savoury tannins and quality cedar oak.
