Made from 100% Chardonnay and with a second traditional ferment in the bottle, this is a very sophisticated Sparkling and a classic Blanc de Blanc style.
In the glass: Pale lemon.
On the nose: Lemon zest, yellow grapefruit, green apple and sourdough.
On the palate: Elegant and pure with a refined mix of citrus, apple and bright, zesty acidity. Traditional fermentation and lees aging add to its delicate palate with hints of oyster shell and baked bread on the long, creamy finish.
