To make this Cuvée, fruit is sourced from selected Tasmanian vineyards, ranging from the Pipers River and Tamar Valley in the north, to the Coal River Valley in the south.
Bright and pale. Citrus, white peach, mineral salts and toast. Bright and fresh with a firm, creamy bead, and flavours of stonefruit, pear, white melon and lime, in an uncomplicated style with a hint of fruit sweetness balanced by crisp acidity.
