In the winery: Fermented in 100% new French oak barriques with new oak reduced to 50% for maturation.
In the glass: Medium gold colour.
On the nose: Yellow peach and cashew oak with cream biscuit and honey development.
On the palate: Massively flavoursome and complex with a creamy texture. Ripe, fleshy and layered, it appeals with juicy stonefruit, fig and melon richness and marzipan, nougat and vanilla complexity.
