We’ll showcase some of states’ world-class wines, and bring the West to the East with our Wines of the West Long Lunch.
Hosted by Selector Publisher, Paul Diamond, and representatives from the wineries, we’ll take a delicious, deep dive into what makes these regions, and their wines, so very special. Take in the fantastic Newcastle harbour views as you taste 13 wines including hero varieties from WA; Chardonnay and Cabernet, plus exciting new styles, matched to a three course lunch curated by Roundhouse Executive Chef Matthew Smith.
