· Wine knowledge is preferable but not essential
· Proven success in a sales role demonstrating resilience; or a desire to learn.
· An enthusiastic, reliable and outgoing personality with a positive outlook
· Ability to adopt constructive feedback to continuously improve
· Adaptable to new technology and processes
· Ability to bring passion and demonstrate excitement for the product

As a Wine Selectors sale’s professional you will learn our product and develop a sales presentation that is aligned to our company values.
You will use your enthusiastic presentation to engage potential Wine Selectors members; building long lasting relationships and enjoy tailoring a personal solution using your knowledge on our wonderful selections.

· Achieve fair and reasonable daily, weekly and monthly targets (KPI’s);
