Carillion is a small brand based in NSW, overseen by Tim Davis, whose father John owns Pepper Tree. They have access to some of the best vineyards in Wrattonbully and NSW.
Bright pale lemon. Expressive nose of citrus, stonefruit and almond meal. Light to medium-bodied, fresh and vibrant, with a lightly silken texture, a core of star fruit and nashi pear, hints of white nut and sea spray, racy acidity and a juicy finish.
