The Cassegrain winemaking tradition dates back to 17th Century France and today, they combine history with modern Australian technology to create wines of finesse like this plush Shiraz.
 
In the glass: Medium to deep red.
On the nose: Plum, currant and cedar lift.
On the palate: Full-bodied with a beautiful texture, it's plush and juicy with a ripe core of dark fruit, silken tannins rich, complexing layers of cassis and coconut oak and seamless line and length.
