Deep red black. Complex aromas of cola, macerated cherry, fruit cake, earth and savoury oak. Velvet-soft layers of ripe dark and red fruit, with notes of earth, chocolate and sarsaparilla, fine tannins, supple balancing acidity, and quality toasty oak.
