2018 was a superb vintage in the Barossa and Eden Valley's. Cabernet Sauvignon was a highlight for the Eden Hall vineyard and their Springton is ageing gracefully.
Deep red purple. Rich aromas of blackcurrant, prune, cassia, leather and black tea. Classic Cabernet, in a ripe and full-bodied style, with a concentrated mix of dark berry fruit, velvety tannin intensity, deluxe toasty oak and pin-point acidity.
