Established in 1983, Hollick is a boutique winery located on the famed terra rossa soils of Coonawarra, in the Limestone Coast Wine Zone of South Australia.
Deep brick red. Cassis, red berry and smokey oak. Rich and ripe with a porty core of cassis, black plum and mocha, a touch of spice and Christmas cake adding depth, balanced with good oak and supple acidity.
