Lallier R.014 Brut Champagne NV

Lallier is a producer of prestigious crus de Champagne. A large majority of the cuvee R.014 comes from the 2014 vintage and is a blend of 44% chardonnay and 56% pinot noir.
Pale lemon with a fine bead in the glass. On the nose citrus rind,  green apple and vanilla shortbread. On the palate busting with energy. Apple and citrus zest, notes of vanilla shortbread and sourdough. A creamy mousse drives a long and persistent finish.
