Coonawarra is well known as Ausrtralia's 'Red Centre', but for many years has produced some fabulous Rieslings just like this one. Lovely now but will develop further.
Pale with green freshness. Very bright aromas of lemon, lime and wet stone. Pure and pristine with a tightly-wound mix of lemon, lime and apple, mouth-watering acidity and a delicate sherbety finish. Lovely now but will cellar well in the medium-term.
