In the winery: The grapes were handpicked, chilled, then gently pressed before fermentation in new and used French oak barrels.
In the glass: Yellow gold with a green hue.
On the nose: Youthful stonefruit, citrus, toast, nougat, flint and classy oak.
On the palate: A mature classic yet still amazingly youthful with a fresh mix of fine grapefruit, citrus and melon, poised acidity and beautifully judged oak.
