The Old Paddock was planted in 1921 using cuttings from Old Hill vineyard, producing different wines from Old Hill. An intriguing, complex and classy Shiraz.
Medium ruby purple. Plum, cherry, pepper, fresh leather, ironstone and tapenade aromas. Medium to full-bodied, with a deep core of black and purple fruit compote, notes of black pepper and nori, long, fine and savoury tannins and beautiful oak in balance.
