2018 proved to be an outstanding vintage in Victoria, with ideal conditions resulting in another cracking Sparkling Chardonnay from Rob Dolan.
Pale lemon in colour, with clean and fresh aromas of stonefruit, citrus and sourdough. Quite full-bodied, creamy and textural with a fruit-sweet core, bready notes and tangy lemony acidity. A good all-rounder with loads of flavour.
