Windowrie was the first winery that planted Merlot in the NSW region of Cowra. These planting are now over 20 years old resulting in this vibrant fruit driven Merlot.
Medium red purple in the glass. Plum, blackcurrant, green olive and bay leaf on the nose. Medium-bodied and fleshy with a generous mix of sweet blackberry, plum and redcurrant with savoury tea smoke complexity, fine tannins and fresh acidity.
