Yarra Yering need no introduction. Their Dry Red No. 3 is a field blend of Portuguese varieties, led by Touriga Nacional, planted in the warmer part of the estate.
Medium to deep red. Pretty and complex aromas of plum, mulberry, pot pourri and liquorice. Medium weight yet full of flavour, with a fine mix of mulberry, sour cherry and raspberry, notes of earth and bay leaf, peppery tannins and a savoury finish.
