Indulge in a delicious four-course fine dining experience curated by Roundhouse's new Executive Chef Thomas Heinrich (Four Seasons Chicago, Fifty Seven Fifty Seven New York) whose Modern Australian menu beautifully blends traditional and contemporary culinary fare, offering a unique gastronomic journey that mirrors the evolution of Australian cuisine. The menu will be complimented by 13 hand-picked wines that embody the amazing evolution of Australian wine over the last half-century and reflect the incredible standard of excellence we all enjoy today.
Hosted by Wine Selectors Tasting Panel Chair Adam Walls, along our co-founder Greg Walls, this must-attend evening will be a true celebration of Australian wine and the memories that bind us together.
